WingWay systems grants the registered user the right to use one copy of the GPS DLL on a single computer.
The registered version of the GPS DLL may be distributed, without royalty, as part of the user's compiled application.
The GPS DLL is owned by WingWay systems. You may not sell, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the GPS DLL.
In no event will WingWay systems be held liable for any loss, expenses, or damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the design, or use of the GPS DLL.
Unauthorized distribution of the GPS DLL is illegal, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible under law.
Evaluation Version
This DLL is an evaluation version and may be freely distributed provided that no files are modified. The DLL has no functional limitations. The evaluation version of the GPS DLL may not be used for commercial purposes.
